Your account

Starting a menu board before signing up creates a temporary account so your work isn't lost. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18, or the legal age of majority where you live, to create an account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the menu content, photos, logos, and other material you upload or enter (your “Content”). By using the Service, you give us permission to store, process, and display your Content as needed to provide the Service — including sending it to the third-party AI providers described in our Privacy Policy so we can read your menu and generate designs from it.

You're responsible for your Content — including that it's accurate (prices, ingredients, allergen information, and anything else customers might rely on), that you have the right to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or break the law. AI-extracted or AI-generated content can make mistakes; review your board before publishing it and whenever you change your menu.

Published boards are public

A menu board you publish is meant to be displayed on a screen or shared by link, and anyone with that link can view it. Don't publish anything you don't want publicly visible.

Subscriptions and billing

You can build and preview a board for free. Publishing and keeping a board live requires an active subscription — see our pricing page for current rates. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly, based on your plan) until you cancel. Adding screens beyond the first on your plan adds a per-screen charge, billed immediately when you add them. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your full card details.

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; we don't provide refunds for the current billing period unless required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that's illegal, fraudulent, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
• Upload or generate content on behalf of a business you don't own or aren't authorized to represent.
• Use the Service to build something that competes with or reverse-engineers it.

AI-generated content

Menu extraction, designs, and chat-based edits are produced with the help of AI, which can be imperfect or occasionally inaccurate. You're responsible for reviewing anything AI generates before you rely on it or publish it — especially prices, ingredients, and allergen information.

The Service “as is”

We work to keep the Service reliable, but it's provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent the law allows, MenuReady isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Ending your account

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably possible.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
